First homes now under construction

Dreams are turning to reality for Stage 1 & 2 buyers as construction is underway on the first homes at Montview Ripley Valley. Over the past few weeks, our sales team have spotted several happy homeowners proudly showcasing the progress onsite to equally excited family and friends.

But it’s not only house construction bringing this boutique community to life – Stage 3 Linear Park is near completion and Montview’s entrance statement has now been installed and is awaiting landscaping.

Stage 3 bulk earthworks have finished while internal stormwater installation and laying of piping has started.  All this progress means the December 2024 settlement target is still on track for recent buyers in the sold-out Eucalypt and Myrtle Releases.
