With unprecedented enquiry levels leading up to the launch, it’s no surprise our first land release at Montview Ripley Valley is already completely sold out following our official launch to market.
On 26th February, the Montview team held our official appointment-only launch event, where the first future residents secured their land lots within the Lavender Release. Superbly positioned, the Lavender Release features convenient access to Barrams Road and most lots are fronting the natural beauty of Lucas Creek and the surrounding linear park.
The launch event was a huge success, and the pouring rain certainly didn’t keep buyers away. Excitement levels were high as buyers placed sold stickers on their lots on the project Masterplan. Meanwhile, children traced their future bike rides along the linear park trails from their new home to Outlook Park.
Those who missed out on the Lavender Release will have a new opportunity to secure their place at Montview, with the Jacaranda Release coming soon. The Jacaranda release features just 10 premium lots ranging in size from 369m2 to 471m2.
